By engaging PrimeCheck Global's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide employee background verification services as described in your service agreement. Scope, turnaround and pricing are defined in the applicable order or contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure they have obtained lawful candidate consent before submitting data for verification and must use reports only for legitimate hiring decisions.
4. Accuracy & Sources
We verify information at source with due diligence. However, our findings depend on the accuracy and availability of third-party records and responses.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar.
